My name is Carlos Ameca, athlete and coach for el T3mplo US. Everything about being athlete, hinges on being better than you were yesterday. I’m not perfect, nobody’s perfect. But in the end, you have to rise to the occasion. My mentality and what I want to live by it’s… you can wake up every day or lie or deathbed and say, I’m happy with my life. Is the goal right? And I think that really is optimized when you figure out what you’re made of. Be the example for the individuals that count on you the most.
